Shiso Tea Leaves in Cape Cod Garden

Shiso in the herb garden.

A lovely lady came to stay with us last month. They were thrilled to see the shiso in our herb garden and promised to send a recipe for shiso tea. We are delighted to post the recipe for August.

Go to the Cape Cod Gourmet Recipe page for the full recipe.

The Inn’s organic herb garden, called The Humble Innkeeper’s Garden, is one of the secluded nooks where you can spend time relaxing. Many of the garnishes for the gourmet breakfasts are picked each day from this garden to ensure top quality ingredients are used.
