- Each season, we welcome couples who arrive at Palmer House Inn at the suggestion of trusted friends – friends who themselves were married here in an intimate, romantic setting.
- It’s informal and wonderfully personal. You choose where you want to say your vows: in front of our antique arched fireplace, beneath flowering rhododendrons or roses, surrounded by hydrangeas, or barefoot on one of Cape Cod’s beautiful beaches – each one uniquely wonderful.
- Whatever you choose, our two elopement packages are designed to take the hard work out of getting married. Bring your valid marriage license, enjoy the day… and each other. We take care of the rest.
- If it’s just the two of you (and up to two guests), our Intimate Elopement Package is ideal.
For more guests – up to fifteen – our Premium Elopement Package is the perfect fit. - Have food allergies or dietary requirements? We work with experienced local bakers who can provide delicious gluten-free, nut-free, or vegan wedding cakes with a bit of advance notice.
- Planning a larger celebration? Our lovely next-door neighbors at the Museums on the Green accommodate weddings up to 50 guests.
For something larger still, Highfield Hall, just down the street, offers a stunning Gilded Age Victorian estate setting.

We encourage you to contact us as early in the process as possible, especially for weddings in the busier season between May and October, to assure you of the best selections of rooms and resources for you and your guests.
