Pumpkin Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 16 ounces pumpkin puree
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon of Pumpkin Spice Mix
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Crisco and flour two 9″x 5″x 2″ loaf pans.
In a large bowl mix eggs and pumpkin puree and set aside. Sift together Pumpkin Pie Spice mix, baking soda, salt and baking powder into an other large bowl.
Then gradually add dry ingredients to the puree mixture. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pans.
Bake about one hour or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and insert a knife around the edges of the loaf then turn it out onto a wire rack to cool.
