Egg Bake Casserole Recipe

Serves 10


  • 1/4 Cup melted butter
  • 24 Eggs
  • 1 Cup sour cream
  • 1 Cup half & half
  • 1/4 Tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 Tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 Tsp ground mustard
  • 1/4 Tsp black pepper
  • Dash of salt to taste
  • Choice of Fillings
  • Optional: 1/2 Tsp each of black pepper, ground mustard, onion powder, and/or garlic powder


Combine eggs, sour cream, melted butter, half & half, and spices. Whisk together. Grease baking dish with vegetable oil. Pour egg mixture into dish. Add filling.

Filling Suggestions

  • Chopped organic tomato and basil
  • Chopped organic spinach and mushrooms
  • Chopped nitrate free ham and organic cheese

Bake at 325-350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

Serving Suggestions

Serve this with a Cape Cod Sunrise and Cape Cranberry Tomato Chutney on the side.
