Shoppers can find fresh farm produce at Mahoney’s Winter Market in Falmouth, in addition to their wonderful array of plants and flowers. Under the cover of warm, spring-like greenhouses, the market will be open every Saturday, from now to March 14th. The hours are 10:00 am and 2:00 pm. Local vendors feature root vegetables, herbs, fruits, cheeses, meats, granola, seafood and wines, plus soaps, handmade jewelry and baked goods. Most of us who live and work on the Cape have become spoiled by our wonderful farmer’s markets during the Spring, Summer and Fall. Now we are being treated to a summer-style market during the winter.

The following are participating Winter Market vendors:

  • Mother Turtle Herbs and Gifts
  • Rein’s Real Baking
  • Peachtree Circle Farm
  • Moonlight Rose Alpaca
  • What A Grind/Cook’s Corner Knife Sharpening
  • Church Pies of Cape Cod
  • Carol Watts Baked Goods
  • Westport Winery
  • Coastal Winery
  • Yard Art
  • Treasures by the Sea
  • Scarves by Dawn
  • Craft Tine
  • Swiss Bakers
  • Oakdale Farms
  • Randa Glass
  • Lucky Fields Farm

Mahoney’s Greenhouse is located on Route 28 about a 15 minute drive from the Palmer House Inn. A stroll through the greenhouse is always a special treat this time of year.
