Añejo Mexican Bistro & Tequilla Bar
Outdoor Seating at Añejo’s
Añejo Mexican Bistro opened it doors in 2010 and quickly became a fixture of Falmouth’s fine restaurant scene. With its unique take on fresh Mexican cuisine and cocktails offered in a fun, sophisticated atmosphere, co-owners Jesse Kersey and Jamie Surprenant pride themselves in offering an escape to Mexico in the heart of Cape Cod. Añejo’s is located on Main Street just a short stroll from the Palmer House and some of their chefs have been featured in our cooking class series.
The Menu
Añejo’s Menu
A lovely light meal, the Shrimp & Avocado Ensalada (photo above) includes Añejo grilled shrimp, avocado, Boston bibb, jicama, mango, grilled red onion all with a wonderful Serrano lime vinaigrette. Other favorites on the menu include Guacamole (made to order fresh at your table), Carne Asada Tacos and the Classic Burritos that come with your choice of carne asada, grilled achiote marinated chicken or slow roasted pulled pork. But you really can’t go wrong
Cinco de Mayo
Tortilla and salsa.
Every year Añejo’s hosts Cinco de Mayo festivities. Join us using our Cinco de Mayo on the Cape Special and receive a half-dozen of our special order, “melt in your mouth” margarita cookies. If you’re looking for a bit of spice this May, this a fun event that grows every year.
