What stands out in our minds is the attention to detail! Anything and everything you need is right at your fingertips. Pat & Bill are welcoming, warm people & made our very short stay a truly wonderful experience. Our room (#5) was just gorgeous & very comfortable. We are going to recommend the Palmer House to everyone we know!
