The Palmer House Inn is a romantic bed and breakfast in Falmouth, Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Falmouth is a delightful New England village on Upper Cape Cod. Our charming bed and breakfast is located in the Historic District, a quiet residential area of tree-lined streets, picket fences, colorful gardens, and elegant homes – a perfect retreat any time of year to rejuvenate and renew yourself, or for a romantic getaway.
