INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup sugar
½ Cup water
¾ Cup orange juice
(with a lot of pulp)
1 Tbs cornstarch
2 Tbs unsalted butter
1 Tsp orange zest |

DIRECTIONS:
Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil; stir until sugar is dissolved. Combine orange juice and cornstarch in a bowl; pour
into syrup.
Simmer gently until thick, 6-8
minutes. Add butter and stir until
it melts.
Sprinkle with orange zest. Serve warm.
