INGREDIENTS:
2 Large grapefruit
1 Cup brown sugar
¼ Cup honey
4 Maraschino cherries

DIRECTIONS:
Cut each grapefruit in half. Be
sure to section the grapefruit so it’s easier to spoon out the grapefruit sections when eating. Sprinkle top with brown sugar. Drizzle honey over sugar.
Broil for 2 minutes until sugar
melts and starts to brown. Top
with a cherry.
