Favorite Recipes From Our Cape Cod Inn
Breakfast Casserole Serves 10
INGREDIENTS:
7 Slices bread torn into bite-sized pieces
2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese
Fried and crumbled bacon, sausage or ham
Vegetables of your choice
8 Eggs
3 Cups of milk
½ Tsp salt
½ Tsp dry mustard
½ Tsp garlic powder
½ Tsp onion powder
¼ Tsp black pepper
Chives, to taste
Paprika, to taste

DIRECTIONS:
In a large bowl combine the bread and cheese. Add meat and/or
vegetables. Spread in the bottom
of a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a separate bowl beat eggs and milk then stir in seasonings. Pour egg mixture over the bread mixture. Cut chives on top and sprinkle with paprika. Cover and refrigerate
over night.
Bake 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
