Join us for the latest Beer vs Wine Bed and Breakfast weekend. Your getaway package includes a Wine and Beer reception with crackers and cheese from 4:30-6:00 on Friday evening. On Saturday evening, our host Gates Richard, of Falmouth’s Bear in Boots Gastropub, will invite his wine distributor in, to be challenged by a regional craft brewer. There will be a four course dinner accompanied by one wine pairing and one beer pairing.
Bear in Boots Gastropub is known for its award-winning cuisine and is located just a ten minute walk from the Palmer House Inn.

2nd Course: Kale Caesar
Baby kale, brioche croutons, shaved Parmesan, and creamy Caesar dressing
3rd Course: Blackened Tenderloin
Sweet potato hash, crispy brussels, and peppercorn hollandaise
4th Course: The Drunken Pear
Port wine pears with citrus creme Anglais and spiced cake crumbs
