Stolen Likenesses: Doug Rugh’s Oil Sketches from a Falmouth Coffee Shop

“Local Falmouth artist Doug Rugh (whose studio is located right down the street), is a brilliant portrait painter. This series of vignettes, some jotted off quickly, some more polished and finished, were all done as “covert sketches” while sitting in local coffee shops like Coffee Obsession. The results are a contemporary portrait of the town’s residents.” – Falmouth Historical Society

Reception: Friday, July 5, 5:30-7pm
