Experience the warmth of Mexican cooking this winter with traditional techniques for creating enchiladas, sauces and salsas. This in-depth course will be taught by Head Chef Hanoka of Falmouth’s Anejo Restaurant.
Each class will include:
- a demonstration with tastings
- wine tasting complementing the dish

The Cooking Class Weekend package includes:
